MCNABB - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Florence McNabb, late of North Battleford, on April 24, 2011 at the age of 94 years. Florence leaves behind to cherish her memory her children: Lawrence (Doreen) McNabb, Leonard (Margaret) McNabb, Marjorie (Dwight) Gilliland, and Shirley (David Rodh); her grandchildren and great grandchildren: Lawrence's children ~ Fran (Phil) Thevenot - children Louis and LaRae; Dawn (Phil) Beaudry - children Jonathan, Jennifer, and Levi; Camille (Rob) Parkman - children Joshua, Joseph, and Micah; Aaron (Deb) McNabb - children Shallen and Jesse; Leonard's children ~ Jan (Daryl) Turuk - children Nicholas and Jackson; Joanne (Simon) Latulippe - daughter Mackenna; Curtis (Nicole) McNabb - children Carson, Aleah, and Sarah; Marjorie's children ~ Carrie (Aaron) Sandstrom - daughter Charlotte; Wendy (Kirk) Hennel - daughter Zoey; Shirley's stepchildren ~ Kendra (Murray) Brooker, Dustin and Shaundel Rodh, and their families; special cousins Leona Cory, Tom Gardner, and Ralph Barker. She was predeceased by her husband Jim; parents Walter and Martha Barker; and son in law Bob Price. Funeral Service was held on Thursday April 28 from the Sandwith Community Hall with Pastor Don Unger officiating. Music ministry was by Karen Crawley as organist and Aaron McNabb, Camille Parkman, and Jessie McNabb providing special music. Memories were shared by Joanne Latulippe and Fran Thevenot. Pallbearers were: Curtis McNabb, Aaron McNabb, Dave Rodh, Dwight Gilliland, Craig Marsh, and Bruce McNabb. Interment took place at the Hyde Park Cemetery, Sandwith District.
