Unfortunately the people who work in Saskatchewan have no recourse when it comes to being bullied at work. When I worked for a short time in the province and bullying became an issue the labor board was unhelpful. If the bullying had progressed, I could have gone to the RCMP, however then it would have been caught up in court and since there seemed to be no official backup from my employer either I left the position. Until legislation is put in place, I would not recommend any of my co workers or family to venture to work in the province.
If legislation is put in place certainly i would recommend the province as a good place to live and work.
Otherwise the next time I move to the province it will only be for retirement as I found the people to be pleasant outside of work.
