REACT changes

I would like to applaud REACT for trying to recycle plastic. The problem is it only applies to ones that have the arrow(s) and number(s) system.

I would like to applaud REACT for trying to recycle plastic. The problem is it only applies to ones that have the arrow(s) and number(s) system. Because these symbols are small, anyone with a slight vision problem is in for lots of trouble finding it. People can't be bothered to break down cardboard, rinse cans or jugs, so really how many of us are going to be throwing all sorts of other plastics into the bins, just to help save money on REACT tags?A neighbor of mine has not put a bag of garbage on the curb in six years. I can only assume she, along with other residents, are putting their garbage in business bins. Something has to be done in regards to the REACT tag program and the recycling of items, especially plastics, making it fair to both the employees of REACT and the residents who use REACT tags and the businesses who get their bins filled sooner with garbage that isn't theirs.
