Dear Editor
We have found a solution for keeping the deer out of our garden. We have coloured marking tape running down the length of the rows, with a stake at each end holding the tape above the row. It's not necessary to have the marking tape over every row. The deer have not gone between the tapes in our garden. We are using alternate pink and yellow tape. (The colour may not be significant.) Any wind at all causes the tape to move, and the tape flutters more easily if it is not twisted. This is working for us right now. Good luck in your garden!
