Dear Editor First, we would like to apologize for the snarky manner Top of the Pile columnist Brian Zinchuk was treated in a recent letter published Aug. 16 (Yes, Zinchuk was ‘wrong about this’).

Politicians, health care providers and various other leaders in the health-care field often proclaim the danger of practices that lead to a two-tier system.

“I like being partial to whatever and whoever I want,” Ed, my old friend in Saskatchewan, said yesterday. He also added he did not love every neighbour as himself only the ones who deserved his love.
