Gallery puts photography in focus at final show

Art show at Kerrobert Courtroom Gallery well received during Harvest Festival.

KERROBERT — The Kerrobert Courtroom Gallery held the last show of the year on Oct. 7 with a few interesting pieces that will remain on display for the remainder of the year.

This year’s show, titled “Exposure,” displayed a variety of photography styles from local and out-of-town artists who were present to visit. With the show being held in conjunction with the Kerrobert Harvest Festival, more than200 visitors were able to meet some of the photographers.

Artists on site were Gloria Knorr, Tracey Cholin, Laura Hegel, Sheena Charteris, Anna Polsfut, Kate Winquist, Jenny Hagan and Miguel Fenrich.

Along with the photography, local welder Jen Phillips added a couple of her welded art items to the show. This collection of pieces will be on display for the rest of the year and in early December the Festival of Trees will be set up in time for the holiday season.
