Barb passed away Monday, June 2, 2025 at the Assiniboia Union Hospital at age 78.
She is predeceased by husband Larry, son Lawrence, parents, Sadie and Willie Swanson, brother Lesley, in-laws Hans Wurmlinger, Louis Brillon, Gerald Beausoleil, Dwain Willford, Bev McDougall.
Barb is survived by son Greg Brenner (Cindy Sernick) their sons Jace and Nate; daughter Tamara (Lance) Mielke and their son Kipp; sisters Gloria Wurmlinger and Dorothy Brillon, in-laws Pat (Melvin) Harkness, Dianne Beausoleil, Carol Willford, Jake McDougall as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Barb’s life was held Friday, June 6, 2025 at 2:00 pm in the Coronach Community Hall with Linda Kirby presiding. Tribute was given by daughter-in-law Cindy. Bearers were her grandsons, Kipp, Jace and Nate. Interment at the Coronach Cemetery. Fellowship and lunch followed in the Community Hall. Donations in Memory of Barb may be made to the Coronach Ambulance or the Coronach Ladies Hospital Auxiliary or the Coronach & Area Health Care Foundation.
