Norman Harold Cartier, late of Yellow Grass, Saskatchewan, born June 4, 1954 passed away May 26, 2025 at the age of 70 years. A Memorial Service will be held on his 71st birthday, Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 425 10th Avenue SE, Weyburn, Saskatchewan with Morgan Tiefenbach officiating. A Funeral Lunch will follow Service at the Church. Norman will be laid to rest in Nova Scotia at a later date. Donations in memory of Norman may be made to ADP Program at Weyburn Special Care Home at 704 5th Street, Weyburn, Saskatchewan S4H 1A3.
