REGINA —The provincial government is looking into redeveloping Greer Court.
A Request for Proposal (RFP) has been put out to engage a consultant to develop a pre-design study of the 141 social units.
“The project requires a comprehensive assessment of the existing facilities and development of design concepts for the potential renovation/reconstruction of Greer Court,” said the Ministry of Social Services (MSS) in a statement.
The study will evaluate site and spatial requirements, structural, electrical and mechanical feasibility.
The MSS said the results will help inform any potential capital investment at Greer Court.
