REGINA — Firefighters responded to a duplex fire on Thursday.
Crews arrived at the 1200 block of Wessex Place, locating a fire in the basement of the duplex.
According to their X, Regina Fire quickly controlled the blaze before it spread into an adjacent unit.
Regina Fire said one occupant safely exited and was being assessed by the EMS.
The fire is currently under investigation.
