REGINA — Update (4:54 p.m.): The Regina Police Service reports that 15-year-old Declin Sparvier, who was the subject of a previous missing person news release, has been located, unharmed.
Original Report (4:22 p.m.)The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that could assist in locating 15-year-old Declin Sparvier.
Declin was last seen in the 100 block of Laval Drive at approximately 2 p.m. on July 17.
Declin is described as: male, 5’9”, and approximately 220 lbs. He has shoulder-length black hair and brown eyes.
Declin is non-verbal and there is concern for his safety. There is no evidence to believe he has come to harm, however, police need to locate him.
