SASKATOON — After two semi-trailers collided on Highway 16 near Viscount, one of the trucks drove away and police are looking for any information the public may have in order to find it.
On July 31, at approximately 1:45 p.m., Saskatoon RCMP received a report of a collision on Highway 16 near Viscount. Investigation determined two semi-trailers were involved in the collision — one eastbound, and one westbound.
The driver of the eastbound semi reported non-life-threatening injuries to police. The driver of the westbound semi-trailer, however, did not remain at the scene. Saskatoon RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the driver and semi-trailer. The semi-trailer will have sustained damage, say RCMP.
Both drivers were lone occupants of their vehicles.
