SASKATOON - A man is facing charges after allegedly assaulting a woman over the weekend.
At approximately 6:15 p.m., May 11, patrol officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Lochrie Crescent for a report of an unknown problem. Upon arrival, a woman was found to have been physically assaulted, and a suspect was taken into custody at the scene. The 32-year-old victim was transported to hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
A 29-year-old man is charged with assault causing bodily harm, assault, and breaching court-imposed conditions.
The victim and suspect are known to each other.
