Arcola-Kisbey 4-H Beef Club report

Members recently delivered their speeches.

ARCOLA-KISBEY - We had our speeches for our club on Feb. 22 with all club members in attendance.  

In the junior division, Hannah Lees finished first for his speech titled My Heifer Sassy, and Jackson Lees was second for Types of Cattle.

Becca Lees was first in the intermediate class for My Trip to Ontario and Jade Charlton finished second for My Experience and Future in Cattle.
In the senior division, Kyla Lees’ speech Growing Up finished first and Matthew Charlton’s My College Experience was the runner up.
All members did a great job with their speeches. A big thank you to our judges for the night, Blake and Melissa Slykhuis, and to all our guests that came to watch.

After the speeches we had a general meeting where we talked about what we want to learn this year in 4-H and some fun things we would like to do at the meetings.
