Early-bird registration still available for 2022 Assiniboia Tradeshow

Businesses are encouraged to register for the Tradeshow for a chance to promote their goods and services

ASSINIBOIA - Local businesses are reminded that the early-bird deadline for the 2022 Assiniboia Tradeshow is Friday, March 21.

The Assiniboia Tradeshow will be held at the Prince of Wales Centre on Friday, April 22 from 4 to 8 p.m., and Saturday, April 23 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This event is hosted by the Assiniboia and District Chamber of Commerce.

Businesses are encouraged to register for the Tradeshow for a chance to promote their goods and services, and reach new customers in the area.

Registration can be completed by emailing the Assiniboia Chamber at assiniboiadistrict.sk@gmail.com, or by calling their office at 306-642-5553.

Booth prices are $225 for Chamber members, $250 for early-bird registrations, and $100 for home-based businesses.

Member of the Month

The Co-operators was announced as the Chamber Member of the Month, in the March newsletter released by the Chamber.

The Co-operators team provides one-on-one advice, and can tailor investment and insurnace plans to fit their clients individuals needs. They take pride in making sure their clients get the most out of their financial plans and policies.

The Co-operators have specialized advisors at their Assiniboia and Moose Jaw offices. They can assist with life, farm, commercial, home, auto, and disability insurance. Especially during tax season, their office can assist with RRSPs, tax-free savings accounts, and other questions that their clients might have.

Lunch n’ Learn

The March Lunch n’ Learn hosted by the Assiniboia Chamber will be a presentation from Julianne Heagy on her new book, “A Stroke of Grace”. The books is written on acquired brain injuries, and the struggles people can face after such an injury.

The Lunch n’ Learn will be held at the Canalta Hotel in Assiniboia on Thursday, March 17 from 12 noon to 1 p.m. Cost is $5. Interested residents can register by contacting the Assiniboia and District Chamber.
