ESTEVAN - The second winner has been announced for the Estevan Mercury's Christmas Wish List promotion.
Sylvia Prime's name was drawn Thursday. She won $250 to be spent at local business(es) of her choosing, and said she would spend it at Nutters Everyday Naturals.
