ESTEVAN - On April 27, Estevan police arrested an individual after they received a report of damage that was made at the Rusty Duce skating rink.

The subject also had arrest warrants from another agency in Saskatchewan.

At the time of his arrest, it was also found that he was in possession of two mountain bikes, which are believed to be stolen. Police are continuing to look into this further. The man remains in custody on the outstanding warrants.

Earlier this week on April 25, Estevan police officers along with EMS and Estevan fire crews responded to a two-vehicle collision that occurred at the intersection of Fourth Street and Ninth Avenue.

Both vehicles involved were towed from the scene. No injuries were reported. One of the drivers was issued a ticket for disobeying a red light.

Also that day, police received a RID call of a possible impaired driver. The driver was located and was not impaired. He was having a medical issue that caused the driving action.
