The third annual Saskatchewan Rising Symposium is being held October 21 at McKenna Hall in Weyburn. Headlining this event will be Paul Martin of Martin Charlton Communications. Saskatchewan's leading business commentator, Martin, will look at the tea leaves and the numbers to answer that all important question: Is Saskatchewan's economic boom sustainable?

Steve McLellan, CEO of Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce will be giving the morning keynote address. He will begin the Symposium with remarks concerning Saskatchewan business, the overall future economic outlook and the strategies the Saskatchewan Chamber will incorporate to grow small business in the province.

Rounding out this one-day conference are informative breakout sessions with topics such as finding and keeping employees, factors affecting business, digital and social media, labour standards, and Southeast Regional College's services for small business.
