The exhibition will offer a diversity of subjects and styles, and featured the works of local photographers Sid Trepoff, Art Wallace, John Woodard, Mary Jacobs, Daryl Fleck, Kim Schneider and Art Beck.

Sponsored by the City of Weyburn, this exhibition of photographic expertise will interest and inspire other photographers.

The Soo Line Camera Club welcomes new members. They meet at the Signal Hill Arts Centre on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. Photographers will have the opportunities of learning darkroom instruction, going on field trips, engaging in presentations, camaraderie and photo displays, all as a member of the club.

The Signal Hill Arts Centre is offering a Photography Three course on Creative Composition on Saturday, Feb. 5 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This course covers the rules of composition, incorporating elements of design and creating tonal harmony to produce a series of images that have a visual impact.

Residents who participant in the course will share photographic assignments and an image critique session to further develop their technical skills.

For more information about the Gallery exhibition and the photography class, residents are encouraged to contact the Signal Hill Arts Centre.
