Chelsea Woodard has secured another opportunity to study opera during the summer. Last year she was in Boston, and this year she will travel to the Oberlin Conservatory of Music in Ohio.
Chelsea Woodard has secured another opportunity to study opera during the summer. Last year she was in Boston, and this year she will travel to the Oberlin Conservatory of Music in Ohio.
For 10 days Woodard will participate in the Vocal Academy for high school students, an intensive workshop that offers dedicated high school voice students an opportunity to explore the many facets involved in developing the singer's art.
The opportunity to explore master classes at another university program will allow Woodard the information and experience she will need when it comes time to select her post-secondary education.
Chelsea is entering her Grade 12 year at the Weyburn Comp. She is the daughter of Darren and Jennifer Woodard.
