WEYBURN - Based on the current information available from the Province, the Weyburn Leisure Centre, Crescent Point Place, Tom Zandee Sports Arena and Credit Union Sparks Centre do not require proof of vaccination or negative test to access the facilities.

Masks are required at all times while visiting with few exceptions including:

• Individuals who are under the age of 18 years while participating in sport, for the duration of the sport only.

• On ice/court officials 18 years of age and older for the duration of the sport or activity only, where they are subject to a proof of vaccination policy.

• Adults participating in recreation or sport leagues where they are subject to a proof of vaccination policy.
The City will be working directly with impacted rental and user groups to assist them in implementing applicable requirements for their athletes, coaches and officials, and spectators for ticketed events, while using indoor arenas.

The City is continuing to work with the Province on all the all the details of the Public Health Orders. City administration and staff asks that everyone visiting these facilities be patient and kind with staff and other customers as they all work through this new requirement.

For city employees, the City has launched a regular mandatory COVID-19 testing program for all staff who report to the workplace, with adjustments for fully vaccinated staff who choose to share their vaccination status.
