Estevan police apprehend two men who were in the midst of a theft

Charges pending from theft that occurred early Saturday.

ESTEVAN - The Estevan Police Service arrested two people who were allegedly in the midst of committing a theft. 

At 4 a.m. Thursday morning, police spotted a suspect vehicle from a theft that occurred in the east industrial area a few days earlier.

The EPS says two Regina men were caught in the act and have been arrested. Police are continuing to investigate and further charges are pending from the previous theft. 

The same vehicle had been seen during a theft that occurred in the industrial area early Saturday. In that instance, the vehicle had been pulling a trailer.
