Gravelbourg RCMP respond to break and enters in Town of Lafleche

LAFLECHE -- Officers with the Gravelbourg RCMP responded to two separate break and enters within the Town of Lafleche on December 17 at approximately 9 a.m. Both break and enters are believed to have occurred sometime between 6 p.m. on December 16 and 7 on December 17. One break and enter occurred at a commercial property on the 20 block of 2 Avenue East, while the other occurred at a recreational facility on the 300 block of Third Street West.

It is believed that both break and enters were committed by the same person(s).

Officers continue to investigate.

The Gravelbourg RCMP strongly urges the public to take measures to help prevent such break and enters. Ensure premises are secured while unattended and that exteriors are brightly lit. Further, the Gravelbourg RCMP strongly encourages all businesses to install interior and exterior security cameras.
