Members of 15 Wing Moose Jaw to conduct aircraft incident exercise in Assiniboia

The air show team Yellow Thunder fly their Harvards into 15 Wing as one of the first arrivals for the 2019 Sask Air Show.
ASSINIBOIA - Members of 15 Wing Moose Jaw, alongside various other emergency response organizations from Assiniboia, will conduct an off-base aircraft incident exercise near Assiniboia to ensure emergency response readiness.

The exercise will take place during daylight hours sometime between October 18 and 21.

This exercise will ensure preparedness of 15 Wing Moose Jaw personnel and contractors in the event of an off-base aircraft incident. The exercise will involve two Canadian Forces Flying Training School aircraft, and will be carried out with high degree of realism in order to enhance the training value.

Appropriate signage will be used at the site warning of a military training exercise. Members of the public are asked to remain at a safe distance of the exercise.
