A 48-year-old male from Midale will be facing charges of causing a disturbance for openly exposing himself in a public place.

On September 24 at approximately 11:15 a.m. RCMP from the Weyburn detachment received a call from a female worker for the local Rural Municipality located within the community of Midale. The female witness reported that she observed a male who was not wearing any clothes run directly in front of her as she was operating her grader.

A short time later, at approximately 12:45 p.m. the male returned to the same location this time driving a quad, still naked, but also wearing a helmet, and drove circles around the job site. The female witness was able to get a good description of this individual which she reported to police.

Members from the Weyburn detachment were able to locate the individual later that same afternoon and the male was taken into custody without incident. He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court in Weyburn on November 9 to answer to the charges.
