The purpose of the game was to keep the students active, while having fun. Members of the Saskatchewan Roughriders visited several schools in Weyburn, and talked to students about the importance of having a healthy well-being through nutrition, exercise and positive attitudes. These visits were organized by the RM of Weyburn and the Weyburn Rider Nation.
