"Wishmaker Walk for Wishes is one of the most important events on our calendar," said Gay Oldhaver, Saskatchewan Chapter Director. "It is an opportunity for people of all walks of life to gather and help to turn the wish of a child with a life threatening illness into reality."

This fall, thousands of people will walk together to raise funds for Children's Wish in locations in every province. The Saskatchewan Chapter of Children's Wish is pleased to announce Wishmaker Walk for Wishes locations across the province. Wishmaker Walk for Wishes is the largest and single most important fundraising event for The Children's Wish Foundation of Canada and its success ensures the Foundation's continued tradition of never refusing an eligible child a wish. Participants or "Wishmakers" make an important contribution by collecting pledges prior to walk day and walking the route in their area. Participants or "Wishmakers" who raise more than $100 have the opportunity to earn rewards, including a chance to win a trip for four to Florida or a Sun destination, courtesy of Air Transat and Marlin Travel.
