For the third time this season, the Bruins have three goalies on their roster.

The team has signed 18-year-old Tyler Ross, a Warren, Mich., native who played for the Elliot Lake Bobcats of the outlaw Greater Metro Hockey League in Ontario last year.

Ross arrived in Estevan Sunday night and practiced with the team this morning.

He was 12-0 with a 3.09 GAA and .902 save percentage last year for the Bobcats, who won the league. He's also listed as playing two games with the NAHL's Michigan Warriors this season.

Not sure exactly how Ross fits into the Bruins' plans at the moment, but they have a three-in-three trip to Melfort, Nipawin and Humboldt this weekend, so it's possible he could get a start there.

Keith did say something yesterday about giving Glass and Tendler more competition if it was felt they needed it, so it'll be interesting to see how this plays out.
