ESTEVAN - The Estevan Bruins have added to their already impressive collection of forwards by signing Mitch Kohner.

Kohner, 19, has played parts of four seasons in the Western Hockey League with the Prince George Cougars and the Spokane Chiefs.

He had one goal and three assists in seven games for the Cougars this season.

Kohner hails from Rosemount, Minn. He will be one of a number of players on the Bruins with experience playing major junior hockey.

“We are very excited to add Mitch to our roster for the remainder of the season,” the Bruins said in a Facebook post. “Mitch has played over 100 games in the WHL and he is a player that will bring some speed and skill to our line-up.”
