The Wings tied one and won one on the road last week. On January 18, the Petro Bakken Wings travelled to Wilcox to play the Notre Dame Hounds and they left Wilcox with a 1-1 tie.

On January 18, the Petro Bakken Wings travelled to Wilcox to play the Notre Dame Hounds and they left Wilcox with a 1-1 tie. The Hounds were the first up on the board with the lone goal in the first period. Jack Carleton got the Wings on the board in the second period with an assist from Dan Watson. Neither team found the back of the net in the third. Terrick Wilderman was in net for the Wings for the game.

On January 21, the Wings travelled to Estevan to play the Bruins and won 3-2. After a scoreless first period, Estevan was first on the board in the second period. Lyndon Lumb started things out for Weyburn with assists going to Kyle Crozier and Brayden Leslie on a power play. Carleton scored the second goal unassisted to put Weyburn in the lead. Unfortunately, Estevan answered back with a quick one tying it up to end the second period. Braden Mellon scored the winning goal in the third period, unassisted. Wilderman was in net for the Wings.
