REGINA — In their lone game of the week, on Sunday, the Regina Pats fell 6-4 to the Medicine Hat Tigers at home. Regina is 22-21-1-1 on the season.

At the 13:47 mark in the second period, the Pats led 4-1. The Tigers scored five straight goals on their way to the win.

Bedard finished with a hat trick. He scored the game’s first two goals, including the opener on a power play, before Pavel Bocharov answered for Medicine Hat at the 15:43 mark of the first period. Bedard assisted on a Zane Rowan marker before the end of the first period and then scored himself in the second.

After that, the Tigers got rolling. Scoring, in order, were Andrew Basha, Bogdans Hodass twice, Tomas Mrsic, and Brayden Boehm.

Drew Sim made 33 saves for the Pats. Tigers goalie Beckett Langkow stopped 21 shots.
