Weyburn gets In Motion with the Amazing Race

Weyburn's In Motion committee is promoting an event for groups that are interested in fun and getting active.Weyburn's Amazing Race is a geo-caching challenge in which participants search for clues, with the aid of a GPS unit, that have them walking, running, biking or rollerblading to reach their destinations. The goal of the race is to end up with the cache or prize.Groups can participate in the Amazing Race as a way to bring members together for entertainment and activity. Participants can break up into teams in order to compete against each other to find the cache.Winners of the Amazing Race will have their names entered in a draw for several grand prizes, including a bicycle, I-Pod, digital camera and Olympia Fitness gym memberships.
