Weyburn swimmer wins five Special Olympic first-place medals

WEYBURN - Swimmer Antonius Quist, right, showed one of the many ribbons he earned at the Special Olympics event in Swift Current, as he stood with Jackie Powell of Swift Current. He won five first-place ribbons and a third place.

Antonius placed first in 25m free, 25m back, 50m back, 50m free and in the 200m freestyle relay. The third-place finish was in the 50m breast stroke race.
