It is with great sadness that we, our family, of Bernie McOuat announce his passing so suddenly and unexpectedly at home on June 24th, 2013. Bernie is survived by his best friend and beloved wife Eloise McOuat (Arcola, SK).

Several weeks ago the passing of Dr. Henry Morgentaler was noted in the media. While part of the nation was saddened by the passing of this man, others were jubilant. Now, I cannot say I sided with either.
