The Envision Counselling and Support Centre is marking Sexual Violence Awareness Week from May 17-21. Sexual Assault Services of Saskatchewan (SASS) is taking the lead for this weeklong campaign and Envision is eager to take part.

The past year prevented the young Southeast Saskatchewan Search and Rescue (SESKSAR) chapter from many of the regular activities they would have otherwise.

Bill Slykhuis of B & A Holdings Ltd., a landscaping company out of Arcola, and Tyler Englot’s GMG Smokers held a pulled pork lunch in Redvers recently, with all proceeds going towards a community beautification project.

Another week has come and gone and we are enjoying more summer-like weather, which finds a few people more outside enjoying the courtyard, watching the tulips and daffodils bloom and seeing the leaves opening up almost before our eyes.

Students have been participating in a cohort competition that started last week. First there was cohort Name that Tune. The next few weeks the student leadership team has organized cohort, socially distanced, paper airplane contests.
