The Carlyle detachment of RCMP responded to a variety of calls between Feb. 1 and Feb. 8. Narcotics A search warrant was served in Arcola.

Family Day activities this year include a Skate-A-Thon at the Manor Rink. The activity is one for all to enjoy. The Skate-A-Thon is being planned for Monday, Feb. 19, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

There is no school from Feb. 19 – Feb. 23. Classes resume Monday, Feb. 26. The basketball season is well underway.

For Saskatchewan Family Day, the government has organized a free fishing weekend, which means no licence is needed to enjoy a weekend of fishing; however fishing regulations and rules still apply.
