ESTEVAN — The City of Estevan is notifying residents that city council will hold a special meeting July 18 at noon to discuss a proposed residential development along Wellock Road.
The meeting will focus on an application for the development of apartment buildings on properties fronting Wellock Road, extending from Sister Roddy Road to the intersection of Devine Avenue and Irving Crescent.
