The members of Estevan city council will have some tough decisions facing them today as they sit down for the beginning of deliberations on the 2013 budget.

Trials and preliminary hearings pushed back

Ron Lukye continues to await his trial, but he was released from custody after new trial dates were set. A three-day trial was scheduled for Lukye between Dec. 4 and 6 but was adjourned last week.
