The members of Estevan city council will have some tough decisions facing them today as they sit down for the beginning of deliberations on the 2013 budget.

Ron Lukye continues to await his trial, but he was released from custody after new trial dates were set. A three-day trial was scheduled for Lukye between Dec. 4 and 6 but was adjourned last week.

Closing in on the final weeks of 2012, some moments of reflection have led us to a point where we feel it is time to put some sort of stamp on this current provincial government and its messages.
