The hospitality industry has been one of the hardest hit by the effects of COVID-19.
Changing rules, guidelines and safety protocols to keep patrons safe have made operating a successful restaurant very challenging in 2020.
That’s why Community Futures (CF) Sunrise has teamed up with the experts at Nail the Numbers to develop a new program to assist restaurant owners as they manage through the pandemic.
Rural Resilience for Restauranteurs is a three-part, on-demand webinar series, offered for free to restaurant owners. The content of these short, but informative, videos targets three main areas that restauranteurs can benefit from:
Reviewing the basics of restaurant management best practices;
Holding the line during COVID-19; and
Ideas to boost restaurant revenue.
“We’re very pleased to be able to bring this customized expert advice to our restaurant owners,” said Verna O’Neill, general manager of CF Sunrise. “Especially at this time, it’s difficult for them to take time away from operations to brainstorm new ideas, and access learning sessions that could help their business.
“So we decided to bring the expert advice to our restaurant clients, through these on-demand videos.”
“We asked business pro Ron Robichaud and the team at Nail the Numbers to help us develop this program. They provide a practical approach, insight and great knowledge on how to operate a successful business. The webinars are customized for the restaurant industry, and feature Ron’s tremendous expertise in this area,” added O’Neill.
