Estevan Bruin defenders tried to keep Red Wings centreman Landon Walters from getting the puck, after the goaltender lost track of it in the crease, during the first of the home-and-home Tom Huston Classic games over the New Year’s weekend. The first game was held in Weyburn at Crescent Point Place on Saturday evening, when the Red Wings lost 5-1, and the Wings will travel to Estevan on New Year’s Day for the return match. The Weyburn home game of the home-and-home series was named for the late Tom Huston, a long-time team supporter and volunteer right up until he passed away.
