Members of the Weyburn Chamber of Commerce listen as assessment coordinator Dwain Weeks of the Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency explains how the income approach works in assessing commercial properties in the revaluation which has taken place this year. He was addressing a breakfast meeting of the chamber, and was followed by representatives from the City and RM of Weyburn, who each explained how the assessment numbers from SAMA will affect taxes this year.
