An elf perched on the hood of the Swayze’s Concrete truck entry, which was declared the winner in the business category for the Parade of Lights on Thursday evening. The Atomic Purple minor hockey team was the winner in the organization category. There were 45 entries in the annual Christmas event, organized by the Weyburn Chamber of Commerce.
