The Weyburn Chamber of Commerce will be holding their Annual President's Dinner and Annual General Meeting Wednesday, March 26 at the Royal Canadian Legion at 7 p.m.
The Chamber will be swearing in their new president, Rodney Gill as well as handing out the Golden Spike Award.
Deputy Premier and Finance Minister Ken Krawetz will be the guest speaker and will be discussing the budget which was released March 19.
"We're honoured to have the minister here so soon after the budget," said Chamber Manager Jeff Richards.
Nominations for the Golden Spike closed on Thursday March 20. Tickets are $40 and are available on the Chamber of Commerce website at weyburnchamber.com or by calling the Chamber office at 306-842-4738.
