A concert featuring the grandchildren of two country music legends, Conway Twitty and Loretta Lynn, will be held in Weyburn on Sunday, Jan. 21, 2018, at the Cugnet Centre. The concert will feature Tre Twitty, the grandson of Conway Twitty, and Tayla Lynn, granddaughter of Loretta Lynn.
Following in his grandfather’s footsteps, Tre Twitty will give a heart-felt tribute as he pairs up with Tayla Lynn, covering many of the Number 1 hits and classics of their grandparents that will hold the audience captive.
Conway Twitty dominated the charts with a total of 54 No. 1 albums, and 55 No. 1 singles throughout his long career. Loretta Lynn also burned up the charts, with 10 No. 1 albums and 16 No. 1 singles in her career. The pair teamed up to create the ultimate duo in country music with five No. 1 hits.
