Hayley Gill has a toboggan ride with her cousin Brigz Velasco as their families enjoyed an afternoon on the sledding hill on Confederation Drive near River Park on Wednesday. Many families were out to enjoy the perfect weather between Christmas and New Year’s, with temperatures around -5 combined with fresh snow.
