The Estevan Police Service has released the name of the man charged for recent alleged graffiti incidents.
Brady Elliott, 35, of Estevan, was arrested for mischief and breaching conditions of his probation order. Elliott is facing nine charges of mischief under $5,000 dollars and one charge of breaching conditions of a probation order. He will appear in Provincial Court in March to answer to the charges.
He is presumed innocent.
The EPS said on Wednesday the charges were for incidents in early 2021. They continue to investigate incidents from last year.
Also on Wednesday, Police conducted numerous curfew checks throughout the night. One of these checks resulted in a 56-year-old facing a charge of failing to comply with his release conditions. A warrant has been sought for his arrest.
