The Estevan Police Service has released the names of three people charged for alleged driving infractions in recent weeks that resulted in Criminal Code charges.
Kirk Doan, 30, of Carnduff, was charged on Nov. 16 with operating a conveyance in a manner that, having regard to all of the circumstances, is dangerous to the public, after he was arrested for driving well over the speed limit on Fourth Street.
Clayton Stephanson, 29, of Elfros, was charged Nov. 28 with operating a conveyance while impaired and operating a conveyance with a blood-alcohol content exceeding .08.
Troy Branconnier, 41, of Regina was charged on Dec. 6 with operating a conveyance while impaired by a drug, failing to comply with a release order and possession of stolen property.
They are presumed innocent.
