The Weyburn Fire Department busily sets up the Christmas tree and lights over the downtown core intersection of Third Street and Souris Avenue on Wednesday evening, so the lights would be in place for the Christmas season, and in particular for the Parade of Lights held the following night. The Fire Department’s ladder truck held up the tree at left, while fire fighters climbed up at each traffic light stand to plug in the strings of lights on the wires above.
