The Weyburn Fire Department is looking into the addition of a Weyburn Fire Department Alumni Organization. This new organization will be open to all retired Weyburn Firefighters, whether one served the Career or Brigade side.
"We will be hosting a meeting Aug 8 at 7:00 p.m. at the Weyburn Fire Hall in hopes to move this project forward," said Fire Chief Steve Debienne. "If you have served the citizens of Weyburn and still wish to be part of the Firefighting family, please attend the meeting."
