Local female hockey players skate around Crescent Point Place carrying the different provincial flags, during the opening ceremonies for the 2016 Esso Cup on Sunday evening. The Esso Cup is a national female midget hockey tournament, and a number of teams from across the country are competing at Crescent Point Place throughout this week. The Esso Cup is hosted by the Southern Range Gold Wings.
